Wellness Program
Wellness is a reward in itself, but $200 in gift cards ain’t bad either! The Wellness Program helps UnitedHealthcare members identify and minimize their health risks. By participating in your choice of activities, you can earn up to $200 in gift cards every year. It’s a great and rewarding way to keep our Ancestry family healthy and happy.
Through the Rally program, you can earn up to $200 by completing any of these activities:
- Biometric screenings—These free screenings are available to all full-time employees, even if you are not covered by an Ancestry health plan. Spouses and others covered by your health plan are not eligible. The screenings are administered by UnitedHealthcare, but you do not need to be enrolled in a UHC plan to participate.
- An online health risk assessment
- Health coaching
- Wellness challenges

Biometric Screenings
Biometric screenings are your chance to get a picture of your health through a 15-minute examination. The screening includes a blood pressure check, height and weight measurements, and a lipid and glucose profile, which, among other things, can determine your risk for coronary heart disease.
