Ancestry Subscription and Discounts for Employees

Ancestry All Access Subscription

Starting 2025, the process to claim your subscription benefit will be different.

Each employee will be provided a redemption code for an All Access Family Pro Gift Membership, which includes access to Ancestry.com World content, Fold3.com, Newspapers.com Basic, Newspapers.com Extra, Pro Tools, and the ability to invite up to four family members — all with one subscription.

To redeem your discount:

1. Find your redemption code in Workday. See the Access Employee Discount Codes section for instructions on how to access your code.
2. Go to Ancestry and confirm you are logged into the account you want your employee gift membership associated with. Once redeemed, you cannot move it to another account.
3. Enter your redemption code and press Submit.
4. Select the Access Now button.

To invite family members to join your Family Plan:

1. Navigate to your account.
2. Select the arrow next to the Manage or invite plan members section of your Ancestry Family Pro Membership.
3. Select the Invite button.
4. Copy the invitation link and send it to your family members directly or enter their email addresses in the prompt and press the Send Invitation button.

$70 off AncestryDNA + Traits

The discounted price for AncestryDNA +Traits is $39 per kit (60% off a DNA kit with the Traits feature for free), plus free standard shipping.

You can buy discounted kits anytime throughout the year using your assigned employee discount code (see the Access Employee Discount Codes section for instructions on how to access your codes). Your unique discount code can be used up to 20 times annually. You can use your discount code yourself or give it to family and friends to place their own orders.

Note: The same code can be used to purchase AncestryDNA + Traits.
