Relocating to a new home can involve more than just a change of address. You may have to find new healthcare providers, and you may be eligible for different benefits. If you move and your current benefits plans aren’t available in your new area, you should enroll in or make changes to your benefits as soon as possible.

Change of Address

Update your mailing address in Workday so that future W-2 tax statements and other information will be mailed to the correct address. The postal service will not forward W-2 forms.

Medical, Dental, Vision

You can enroll in a new plan.

To make changes to your benefits, visit Workday within 30 days of your move.
